Ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days. Made to order items generally ship with 3-5 business days (or what is stated in the individual listing). Custom orders may take longer. We will always make and ship your order as quickly as possible while giving your order the greatest amount of care and attention.

Yes! We are happy to send directly to the gift recipient and include a note. Just use their address as the shipping address at checkout and put a 'note to seller' with what you'd like the note to say. Notes are printed on professional card stock 'hello baby' note cards.

We would like every customer to receive a brand new item for their sweet babe so unfortunately this means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges as it would not be fair for another customer who expects something fresh off the sewing machine.

Please choose your items carefully as cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of purchase. Why such a short time? We package your order quickly and it will most likely have been packaged already by the time you submit a request and at that point it cannot be cancelled. If the order is made to order, the fabric is cut immediately upon order placement; so that inventory can be adjusted immediately. Once the fabric is cut, it is not possible to cancel.

Yes! We absolutely do custom orders. While we don't make everything, we do make: basic quilts, bibs, burp cloths, crib sheets, changing pad covers, crib rail guards, and teething rings. Please feel free to send us a convo and we'll see if we can make it happen for you!
