Thanks so much for finding my shop! I hope you enjoy your purchase :)
Payment is due upon purchase, unless otherwise negotiated.
I will typically ship within 3-5 business days. If you've purchased a Rosemary's Baby necklace, a needlefelted item, or an embroidered item, the listing will reflect turnaround time. I will update your item as "shipped" and provide you with your item's tracking number once it's been mailed.
Shipping via USPS first class mail with tracking (US only). If you'd like to purchase insurance for your item, please contact me and I will adjust the invoice. Caveat emptor: there is no tracking for international orders and I am not responsible for what happens after the item is mailed, but I will supply a customs label number/photo of the postal receipt as proof of mailing if there's a problem.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if there is an issue with your order. Returns are not accepted, nor are refunds given. I will exchange a defective item for a replacement, but I must receive the original item back. In this event, the buyer will be reimbursed for return shipping fees.
