The vintage and antique items I offer have had a long and historical life and can show age, or character, depending on "your point of view". I make every attempt to describe them accurately, unless items are described as in "excellent condition", please expect age appropriate wear.

Please Be Aware That Your Country May Charge You Customs Fees On Your Purchase. I Have No Control Over These Fees and I Am Not Responsible For Them.
Items being held at your local customs agency is not considered a LOST item. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Please work with your customs agent / local postal service to deliver your merchandise.

SHIPMENT:
Shipping Costs within U.S.A include a delivery confirmation number shipped via USPS Priority Class mail. No Exceptions!


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service and all mail is either Shipped Via USPS Priority International Mail (for single items).
For multiple items purchased are shipped via USPS "REGISTERED" MAIL. No Exceptions!

Outside the U.S.A.: US Priority International Mail and Registered Class Mail it starts from $25.00 and up; depending on weight, size and what country it is being shipped too.

You can save on shipping if you purchase multiple items from my store.

Refunds and Exchanges

NOTE: The vintage and antique items I offer have had a long and historical life and can show age, or character, depending on "your point of view". I make every attempt to describe them accurately, unless items are described as in "excellent condition", please expect age appropriate wear. I do not clean most items, leaving that to the preferences of buyer.

Please carefully review the photographs on the item you are interested in. Please ask questions before purchase.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE RETURNS!! There are very few exceptions for me to accept a return. All sales are FINAL!

Domestic Orders (U.S.A.)If the item you purchase gets lost or damaged during shipment your money will be refunded back to you. However, damaged items you must be reported to me within 24 hours of receiving it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If the item you purchase has been damaged during shipment then you must report it with a photograph of damage within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, if your item is in CUSTOMS, you cannot declare it LOST. Customs can legally hold your package up to 45 days!
You are required to work with your local postal carrier to get them to deliver your package. I am not responsible for Custom Tax Fees or penalties that your country declares on merchandise. Lost items are considered items that never reach your local postal facility (which means they never left the U.S.A).

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchase! I am not an unreasonable person, so please contain your emotions if there is something seriously wrong with the item.

However, if a return is granted, you are responsible to package it so it will not get damaged and you are responsible to pay return shipping. If you feel that you need to return an item you must return the item undamaged back to me within 7 days from receiving it. NO EXCEPTIONS!

International Orders: if a return is granted, you will get a refund of the cost of the item Only!!

International shipping costs for lost items are the responsibility of the BUYER!

Remember, returns are a hassle and a financial loss for both of us.
