You are my most valuable customer and I offer you best quality and one-of-a-kind glass mosaic art. I hand-cut and hand-paint the glass myself, each and every mosaic is made with much care.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have a complete right to return the unused item within 14 days of purchase and I´ll exchange or refund you the purchase price minus shipping.

If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please do contact me immediately and I will find a best solution to make it up tou you. Your item is packed to arrive in perfect condition, BUT accidents still do happen after every once in a while.

Payment

I accept PayPal, debit and credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

Shipping

I ship from Estonia, Europe. Each piece will be shipped as soon as possible but not later than 3 business days after payment. Most of my items are shipped using Registred Mail.

Great care will be taken in packing your item for shipping.

It usually takes 5-10 days for packages to reach to Europe, 10-14 days to United States and Canada and 14-21 days to anywhere else. Postal services are always much slower at any holiday seasons (Christmas, Easter and so on), so delays are normal.

International customs charges are always responsibility of the buyer.
