I will ship the item once payment has been received.
I ship all items by Spanish Standard Postal Service.

Delivery time takes about:
Spain: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
United States and Australia: 8-15 business days
Worldwide: 15-30 business days

Refunds and Exchanges
I do the items with care and love, they are unique. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you don´t, you could return it to me, undamaged and in their original packaging. Then I will refund or exchange it for another item of the same value. Shipping costs are to be paid by customer.

The only items I cannot accept as a return are special orders that have been made specifically for you and wholesale orders.

If the item is damaged or faulty, you must let me know immediately and I will happily exchange it as soon as I receive your return. Please note, you must inform me of any breakage within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
