• Actual time frames may vary for customs check, holidays or bad weather conditions. I'm not responsible for postal delays.
✘ SHIPPING METHOD
✘ I ship to the address shown in Etsy order. If you want your order to arrive to another address, tell me in the notes for seller. Ensure to use a correct address. All orders will be shipped with registered mail and pick up of consignments requires a signature.
✘ If you are not available when the package is delivered, courier will leave a notice so that you can arrange redelivery or ask to pick up it in your local PO. Unclaimed items will pending withdrawal some 15 days. After this time it will be returned to sender. No refund are provided for unclaimed packs or wrong address.
✘ If you received the item is defective or damaged en route, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage.
✘ CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply into their country, as well as to know and to abide by any import restrictions.
