This is a beautifully made dish, and perfect to keep soap dry. We are using it for our block of dish soap - the bottom dish holds the "water/soap", which we can then use for washing also. We also received a free bar of soap from the seller with our order which was a really nice gesture, and the soap is great - we would definitely order again! It was also packed really well!

Returns and exchange details

All sales are final on Soap, unless my original shipping package is unopened. Sachets are returnable if they were sent in celophane, and it has not been opened.
Otherwise...No problem. If you buy something from me, and its not what you expected, just send it back within 14 days of ship date, and I will refund the purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded except in cases of wrong item delivered. Items damaged in shipment will be limited to relacement.

Etsy payment is preferred. Check or Money order may be possible by special request.

Shipping

Shipping will be by the fastest means that I can afford with what was charged on your order. I have used first class, priority mail, and parcel post. All shipping is through US post office. If you would like to requst a specific mail class, such as priority mail, there may be an additional charge despending on the item. Please inquire regarding this service. Express mail is also possible.

international orders: please be aware that botanicals may not be acceptable through your customs office. I will try to determine if items will be acceptable, but ultimately, it will be the buyers responsibility to know if items will be passed. items impounded by customs will not be refunded, but may be eligible for exchange replacement. postage fees will not be refunded or exchanged.
