Raw and unsealed brass tarnishes with time, as does sterling silver. To remove the tarnish, simply use the same type of polishing cloth you would use on sterling silver.

♥Photography:
Sometimes I sell prints of my original photography :) My prints are unmatted and unframed. Ask me if you want a different size or a different paper (glossy, lustre or matte).

*My shop only accepts payment via Paypal. It’s safe, easy and through your Credit Card. You don't need to have a Paypal account, but if you have one, use it!

*Please complete payment within 24 hours. If items in your shopping cart are not paid for within 24h I will cancel the sale. If you have any problems with paypal, please contact me :)

*IMPORTANT - If your ETSY ADRESS is different from the PAYPAL ADRESS, please let me know where you want to receive your order through convo, email or during checkout.
I will send all items to the Paypal address and not your Etsy address. Before shipping I will always send you an email to confirm your adress.
Shipping
*I ship worldwide.

*How long will it take to ship my item?
If your order is in stock, as soon as I receive your payment I will ship your order (within 3-5 days business days).
If you want a personalized order it takes 7-15 business days before I send it because I have to work with it.

All items are sent via <b>Registered Service</b>. My shipping costs include a tracking number, delivery confirmation, insurance and gift wrapping ^_^
When the postman go to your home there's nobody there, the item remains in your nearest post office until you pick it, you only have 15 natural days (including saturdays and sundays).

SHIPPING TIME:
Spain: 2-5 days
Europe: 7-15 days
World: 15-20 days

*I use different packaging, mainly bubble wrap to insure your items arrive safely or little boxes for large orders.

During Christmas time (december-january): be patient with shipping time, it use to be slower than usual because there are more packets and less business days. So make your order with time, please.

USA customers: Sometimes packages with destination to USA are delayed because your Postal Service checks every package for security reasons. Please, be patient, thanks for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
*If I don´t receive my packet, will you resend it?
To present time I have NEVER had a case like this, all items shipped with Registered option have insurance and a tracking number, so get there safe. In case nobody picks the packet up (15 natural days after receive the advice) from the post office and it gets return safe to me, I will resend it but the customer must pay the shipping costs again.


*I will NOT be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged items sent by the Standard Service.

*I am NOT responsible for any taxes, charges, handling fees, duties, or any other fees that your package may encounter upon arrival in your country.

*I will be responsible for lost items sent as Registered mail service ONLY if do not appear as Delivered or Attempt to delivered on the tracking. If they are lost I'll refund your money minus the shipping costs or if you want I will offer any item of my shop with the same or less price.

*I do everything with a lot of care and want to have all my customers satisfied, so contact me for anything you need.

*I want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact me and return it, in its original condition with its original packaging within 2 days of delivery. Buyer must pay for the return shipping (Registered Service required) and be sure that item is shipped and received in clean, like new condition. Please send me a note BEFORE shipping to let me know you're returning something so I'll know to check my PO box.
