Broken or Lost Items...
If you have purchased an item and I have packaged and shipped it out, your item is now in the hands of the carrier.
****If your item is LOST or BROKEN in transit, this is the FAULT of the carrier****
Please file a claim with the postal service and have your refund sent directly to you. NOTE: The post office does NOT reimburse for shipping costs....only ITEM costs. If you cannot file a claim for some reason, I will do it for you. However, the whole process usually takes up to 3-4 weeks and I don't reimburse anyone before the post office approves and reimburses me.
I try and ship my items by priority mail even if it's a little more expensive. This is however, NOT a steadfast rule. I do this primarily because It's faster, less moving around and the postal service insures these packages up to $100.00
If pieces are extremely large and cannot ship by USPS, then I will more than likely use Fed Ex . I like their service and it's reasonably priced. I include insurance in the shipping cost for items over $100.00. If there is damage,please save everything as it may be needed for claim purposes.
If package is returned to me due to inaccurate address, you will be required to pay for a second shipping.
I do ship internationally upon request. If you are interested in an item, please send me a message with your Country / zip code for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind, you the buyer are responsible for any customs charges etc.
Because of the high expense of international shipping, your order is NOT insured. I will do my best at packing an item for its long journey, however if an item breaks in transit, I am not responsible for the cost of that item or its replacement. You may request to purchase insurance by contacting me prior to shipment.
As much as I would love to have power over a package once delivered to the Post Office, I DO NOT. Once I deliver the package to the post office, it is totally out of my hands as to when the Post Office delivers it.
I are NOT responsible for packages or items lost, stolen, or broken during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items I sell are vintage and used, please ask questions before purchasing if you have any concerns, as I do not do refunds. I try my best to list any defects in items, but with items being vintage they will not likely be in "new" condition. I do try to show photos that self-explain item(s) being sold, so check out all photos.
