Buyer ordered a CUSTOM MONOGRAMMED shirt in a not common size and color combo to which I explained would have to be ordered and I am then at the mercy of the supplier of their stocking/shipping. Shirt arrived, I completed the shirt and mailed. It arrived to her in three weeks from the order date even with the custom requests and me having to ask for the monogram details that were not left on the order. The product was flawless and delivered quickly by custom standards. As I and every other Etsy vendor has listed on custom items, I cannot accept returns on custom monogrammed items. I wish her well and I am sure she will get many compliments on the custom shirt that she picked out.
