My shop is new and a work in progress. I would love to hear from you! Questions, suggestions, comments and requests are always welcome.

My Integrity is important to me. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will try to resolve any issues that you may have.

Refund for the purchase price minus shipping will be given as long as you return the item to me within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in like new condition.

Refunds for knitting patterns (pdf digital files) will not be given.
Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment and all payment is expected at the time of purchase.

If your paypal email is different from your etsy email, please let me know at the time of checkout.
Shipping
Local pickup available upon request. If you are in the Atlanta, GA area, let me know and we'll arrange a time for pickup.

Introducing reduced shipping rates! In order to reduce costs on both your end and mine, I am no longer shipping priority unless specifically requested. If you wish it to be sent priority mail so that the package can be tracked, please let me know in a convo so that I can adjust the cost.

Insurance is available upon request. Please make sure that you specify that you would like insurance before making your final payment so that I can get an updated total to you.

Please note: I am currently only shipping items to the United States and Canada. Canadian deliveries will not be sent priority.

Every item in my shop is unique. Each are custom made or dyed by me and therefore each item is considered one of a kind and its own dyelot.

While my studio is Smoke Free, it is Pet Friendly. All pets are kept away from any fiber, but a stray hair is always a possibility. If you have pet allergies, please take precautions to protect your health when purchasing your items.
