1 out of 5 starsI know life gets in the way sometimes and that the seller might have been poorly, however this is based on my experience. I ordered two bracelets, I didn't receive either one. I have had no communication despite emailing the seller and then opening a case against them. Fortunately Etsy refunded my purchase costs. It was frustrating because I had ordered them as a gift. The biggest frustration was the lack of communication from the seller.

1 out of 5 starsAfter reading the latest reviews I’m wondering if there’s been a change of shop owner. My correspondence has not been prompt, yet my two bracelets have also gone missing in the post as indicated by a previous reviewer. There is no tracking order available and though I was told after my purchase I could have upgraded my shipping, I wish I’d have known that prior to payment. The devils in the details and I will not as soon buy from overseas again.

Crown + Leaf is a handmade jewellery brand based in Liverpool, England.
So, what's the story? Crown + Leaf started out a simple college project back in 2013 whilst I was studying towards my HND in Graphic Design. At the time I was heavily focused on creating traditional friendship bracelets, but with a slightly modern twist.
As the years have gone by, my jewellery line has evolved and C+L has grown immensely through the support of Etsy and local craft markets, as well as my amazing customers and those who have followed me on this adventure.
