PLEASE NOTE: there is NO tracking on overseas orders. I can apply it to your order, however it is very expensive. I do receive a number that proves the postage of your item (but not is only trackable until your items leave AUS. If your items do become lost in the mail, we can still open a case with the post office and obtain refunds or replace. Please contact me for more info if needed. But I would like to assure you, that I post overseas very regularly and I have not lost an overseas package yet. However some do take a while to reach their destinations. Unfortunately this is out of my control.

Love!!!!!! Totally worth the wait to travel to the US! These are well made & a perfect size! Totally obsessed with the patterns too! They get the seal of approval from my little guy! 💙 ignore the puffy eyes, he just woke up. 😉

I am a stay at home Mummy of three wonderful children.

I started making hair accessories when my first daughter was one. And somehow developed, from someone who couldn't sew a button, to making dresses, blankets and pretty much anything else i could get my hands on.

I LOVE what i am doing, and couldn't imagine life any differently.

I use only high quality materials and have a huge passion for unique craft.
I particularly enjoy making products for children and babies. But have enjoyed making wedding pieces and home decor too.

I have a wonderful husband, who makes sewing and working late very easy for me, I've even taught him a few tricks, so he can help me out.

Belle's Bows is based in Australia
But I have welcomed orders from all over the world.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping costs cover 'Standard Post' within Australia and 'International Air' to international destinations. If you want your item tracked please message me and I will attain a quote for you.Any international customs duties, taxes, broker fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
International postage times VARY HIGHLY, depending which country and a list of other circumstances ( Such as weather, amount of parcels heading to your country etc.) Please allow at least 7-14 days for international postage to arrive. However the wait can be as long as four weeks.
Delivery time frames are a guideline only, as provided by AUS POST. They are not guaranteed. Belle's Bows, will always post your items as promptly as possible. But I have no control over the delivery time frame once it leaves my hands.
International shipping has limited tracking and Belle's Bows can not be responsible for "lost" packages once your items leave Australia.
However I WILL do everything I possibly can to help the situation, should it occour ( It hasn't yet.)

Australian customers:
*Please allow 2-7 working days AFTER your item has been marked as sent.
Some states may find their wait is longer.
However please don't hesitate to contact me, I will do everything I can to reassure you that your package is on it's way.
all items that are not sent as large letters will come with tracking numbers.
Belle's Bows is not responsible for LOST or damaged products by the postal service.
Please message me if you would like to purchase postal insurance on your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Belle's Bows wants nothing more than for you to LOVE your purchase.
Please contact me within 1 day of receiving your item should there be a problem with the condition or manufacturing.

I will refund your item if it has not been made to my high standards. After all, we are all human and mistakes happen.
I will not refund if the product is damaged or stained etc by the receiver.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are unhappy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, please send me a note within 1 day of receiving your item. All items must be in original condition. Once I receive the item that you are exchanging, I will send out the new item to you. Please note that all shipping fees are to be covered by the buyer.

I DO NOT refund shipping costs once your item has been received.
If you want to return an item for a refund. The return postage cost is your responsibility.
I do not profit from postage costs. The money you pay for postage is for a service not delivered by myself. I do not physically move the item to you, therefore if you are wanting a postage refund. This is something you need to take up with the postal service you paid for.
I DO NOT refund for change of mind. Or if the person you have brought the item for "doesn't like the products" .

Each item is "handmade" and will slightly differ from the items pictured.
Colours will vary slightly pending the monitor you are viewing the products from. Please contact me before purchasing, if this will be a problem for you. So I can help further with the specifics.
Additional policies and FAQs
Some of Belle's Bows products require full adult supervision.

Please ensure your baby/child does not put Belle's Bows products in or near their mouth.

DO not leave your child unattended whilst wearing hair bows or headbands ( of any sort.)

Remove before putting your baby/child to bed or in a car seat (where they will not be in constant view.)
To prevent strangulation,choking and suffocation.

All nursery decor Buntings should be hung well out of reach of cots/cribs etc.
They are intended for decoration only and not for playing with.

All our soft toys, name pillows, cushions and cloud pillows should be removed from cot/bed before putting baby to sleep.
Again these are not for sleeping on or with, and are intended for fullly supervised play or shelf decoration.

If you notice any loose threads, stuffing, buttons.
Please remove the item from your childs/babies reach and contact me immediately.

Care instructions

NAME PILLOWS AND SOFT TOYS :

I always encourage my buyers to spot clean items such as name pillows and softies. If desperately needed, hand wash or gentle wash in a dedicates bag.

VINYL TOPS/ONSIES/PRINTS:

Do not place iron directly on prints.
Set your iron to the lowest setting, then place a thin piece of fabric over the vinyl and hold the iron on ( Moving it from side to side over the vinyls.) for around 15 seconds. If your vinyl is starting to peel away I would suggest doing the previous steps as well.
This should adhere it back in place.
Also, Please hand wash if possible, if not then place on gentle washing cycle and in a delicate bag. Remove from washing immediately after wash cycle has finished and hang dry ( Do not tumble dry
