Please note that If your order says delivered but not received, we will not be held responsible for a replacement or a refund. We did everything on our end to meet our agreement. We will do everything on our end to try to track down the item in question.


Suggestions:

Give it a couple of days, sometimes mail carriers mark delivered when actually the package is still on their truck or at the post office.

Check with your neighbor’s or go to your mail carrier directly and ask for GPS coordinates of the delivery scan to confirm it was indeed delivered to the correct location.

If you’re still having issues locating your item after a few days, you should contact your local mail carrier and file a stolen package claim.

If your item has been lost in transit, we insure every package we ship out.

We will handle any lost packages on our end by filing a claim with our shipping carrier and reporting the item lost.

It can take anywhere from 2 week to 4 weeks before we receive the reimbursement for the order. Different mail carriers have different methods.

Once we receive the reimbursement, we can either issue a complete refund or we can ship out another item to replace it.

Yes we absolutely can create a custom order. You can pick the theme and we can create it.

We also create a mock image of the product, send that to the customer digitally for approval before we even start on it.

We love a good challenge and if you have something in mind, feel free to send us a message and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to create.

If you would like to place an order without us providing the light bulbs. We can absolutely adjust an order to accommodate that and the order will be discounted.

If the item was in stock and has already shipped, we don’t allow those items to be canceled once they have left our shop.

If your order is a build to order item, it takes several days to build and create those items. If you want to cancel your order it has to be within the first 24 hours the order was originally placed on those specific items.

If your order is a custom order where we use your personal photos or a theme you picked out personally, those are not allowed to be cancelled for any reason.

We love when people want custom or personalized orders. Just send us a direct message and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Our full size skateboard lamps are 31.5 inches in length and 8 inches in width

Our mini skateboard lamps are 17 inches in length and 5 inches in width.

If you have personal pictures and want us to use those on a skate lamp, we can definitely accommodate that. The pictures have to be in high quality format for sizing purposes. Typically if the photos are in MB size instead of KB size, we can work with those. Contact us through DM for more info.

Each skate lamp is different and the average time it takes varies depending on your selection. The turn around is labeled on each item on our shop. If it says 1-2 business days or 7-14 business days. Those are pretty accurate on the time it takes per item.

If you order a custom order with your own theme. Those take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on how many orders we are currently producing at the time you place an order.

We don't currently offer refunds on any of our skateboard lamps, but we do offer refunds on our skateboard lamp kits.

You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to us.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
