Each piece is crafted with hand and heart - handmade, one of a kind, decorative items from my home to yours.

Shipping:

- Wall hangings are shipped wrapped in tissue inside either a bubble mailer or box, depending on size of order, for safe arrival.
- All orders are processed and shipped with Canada Post within 3-5 business days.
- All packages are sent with tracking within North America. However, to keep the costs of shipping down for both parties, packages are sent without any added insurance. If you would like tracking outside of North America, added insurance, or expedited shipping, let me know and I'd be happy to work out an updated shipping cost for your order.
- In the rare case your order somehow gets lost in transit, you will be refunded or we can discuss a replacement piece.

I cannot be held accountable for any customs, duty, or tax charges upon arrival of your purchase, should there be any.

Refund/Exchange:

All pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Small imperfections may exist, but are part of the process and adds character. Please understand that I wouldn't sell a piece that I was not proud of or wouldn’t purchase myself.
However, If your piece arrives broken or doesn't arrive at all, let me know and we'll see what we can do! (within 14 days of receiving)
