Returns and exchanges

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If we find the returned item to have been used, soiled or mistreated we will consider this item SOLD to the buyer.

We accept payment through PayPal.

Shipping

We ship USPS using their online calculators for domestic shipping fees.

International Orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or, Priority Mail IF there is no significant price difference.

Regarding Priority Mail International. If you are purchasing more than one item, it may be cheaper to combine the items in one USPS Flat Rate Box. I'll let you know if that should be the case.

Regarding all purchases and all shipping, no matter the country, if the amount of shipping charged, is MORE than the actual shipping costs, then we will refund the difference back to you through PayPal.
