We commissioned a watercolor for my brother's birthday. We lost my dad last year so it has a lot of meaning. Suhita's painting is a beautiful treasure.

I gave the Disney picture as a gift to my sister and brother in law. They are huge Disney fans, and they both loved it. I was so thrilled to be able to give them such a unique gift. I will definitely be back.

How can I review an item if I never received it. Don't buy from this person. I'm not sure how she receives any good reviews after my experience. Keep in mind this was for a birthday present and at the last minute I had to recover and purchase something else. Horrible customer relations. And here's the proof: This is sellers response after I repeated asked where is my item: I am so sorry but I cannot replace the item which looks lost in the mail so I am issuing a full refund. Here's my response: As I thought, it was not shipped : Delivery status: Not Shipped. How do you stay in business? That's an honest question. This is from the status page. Lost - right. I will take bad news gracefully but less forgiving for dishonesty.

I was very disappointed in this shop. I have ordered from Etsy often and have come to enjoy excellent quality products and service. I placed an order with this shop and my order was not shipped until I had specifically asked for a refund or a tracking number. Once the tracking number was supplied, I received an item from this shop in two days. Unfortunately, what I ordered was not sent and another item was sent in its place that I cannot use. When I contacted the seller once again asking for her to make it right, she provided the refund. As I stated, after waiting over 3 weeks, I am very disappointed.
