you did such an awesome job. i got so many compliments on this from little kids and big kids :) i even won the costume contest at work. i had to alter it a little bit just because my girls weren't big enough to fill out the top part. you did wonderful and i couldnt of been more pleased with the whole process.

Returns and exchanges
However, if I do agree to accept a return you will be charge a 20% restocking fee and shipping is non refundable. Then you can decide if you would like store credit or a refund.
To avoid delays, please pay for your items at the time of sale or within 48 hours. Do not place anything in your cart and "confirm" if you do not intend to make a purchase.
If an item has been unpaid for more than 48 hours and you have not contacted me, the sale will be canceled within 24 hours also resulting in negative feedback left.
Payment time may be extended when you contact me and your purchase will ship as soon as possible after it is received.
Charges for shipping are listed in the descriptions. Delivery confirmation included. Also, please note shipping charges involve fees more than just the price of the stamp(s).
If you would like your purchase to be shipped to a different address than the one provided by etsy, please make a note when checking out in the ‘notes to seller’ section or in Paypal notes.
Double check that the address you provide is 100% correct. I can not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses if that was what I was provided.
Expedite shipping is available if you need something by a specific date. Extra charge will be calculated before shipping fees. Items are generally shipped with USPS Priority but if they are small enough they will be shipped via USPS First Class.
3. When will I receive my item(s)?
Usually priority mail arrives in 2-3 days, first class arrives in 2-5 days. International orders may take up to 15 days to arrive after shipment.
