Two issues I'm passionate about are shipping costs and refunds. Hopefully my policies are clear, but please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I welcome imput as this is a fairly new experience for me.
Please pay at time of purchase via PayPal. If paying by postal money order, payment needs to be received within 7 days from purchase. Washington residents need to pay sales tax based on their location. This will be determined when item sells.
I primarily used USPS, but would consider UPS on larger items. I have to travel 30 miles to make this possible, so USPS has always been my preference as a seller. I want to see the buyer get the best deal on shipping. I use the USPS shipping calculator to verify the best deal, and of course it depends on your destination. Insurance is the buyers option. I always add delivery confirmation to allow for tracking of packages. International buyers are responsible for duty fees, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe items accurately, so buyers can make an informed decision when buying. The cost of your time, my time, and the shipping expense to deal with returns and refunds is not financially equitable for either party. Refunds and returns will only be considered if the item is not the one described, or there are gross oversites in the description. There will be no refund considerations on the vintage clothing and especially the vintage nylons or stockings. Any returns, if agreed upon between parties, will be at the expense of the buyer.
