Everything is hand made by me. I take real skulls, strengthen and sculpt into them so they will survive molding, then make resin casts from those molds. I either sell them as is for decor or reference, or add findings to create one of a kind jewelry an accessories.

I am not open for custom orders at this time.

I can accommodate bulk orders for individuals but I do not give discounts since I try to keep my base prices low.

Returns and exchanges
Since everything is one of a kind or cast to order, I cant accept returns if you change your mind. If something happens during shipping or the product has flaws that I missed, I'll be happy to work with you to fix it. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me, so I will go out of my way to make things right if there are problems.

I am sorry but I am also unable to accept items for exchanges. Please make a note of the measurements for each item in each listing and be sure that you're buying the one you want. If you need additional photographs or measurements before you buy something, I'll be happy to provide them!

If your package had been marked delivered by the USPS tracking but has not arrived, there's nothing I can do on my end. Check with your local Post Office.

I ship USPS First Class Mail. US orders get delivery confirmation numbers, as well as certain international countries.

Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

International shipping normally takes 2-4 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks. USPS recently added free tracking to some of their First Class International services, but it is not always reliable once it leaves the US. Express shipping is available at a higher cost, but you must contact me prior to placing an order to get a quote.

Please make sure your address is correct and up to date! If your package is returned to me because I receive an incorrect address I will contact you to arrange reshipment, but I will require you to pay for the new postage.
Additional policies and FAQs
UV light will cause resin to yellow a bit, so it's best to store and display the skulls away from direct sunlight. Skulls can be cleaned with soap and water.

Please, if you have any questions, ask! I sometimes take a few days to a week to respond to emails, but I'm not ignoring you! I just spend more time making orders than being my own secretary, and I do take a day or two off a week so I can stay sane. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding! :)

ALL SKULLS ARE COPYRIGHT MARISA RAND/SKULLERY. Each skull has been heavily altered, making them my sculptures and protected by copyright. Most bear my initial and maker's mark "M" or "skullery". Do not re-cast or reproduce in any way, either for profit or personal use.
