Payment options include Paypal through Etsy, credit cards through Etsy, and personal checks. Items will be mailed out as soon as checks clear the bank, typically 2-3 business days.
Items shipped within the United States will be shipped via US Postal Service unless otherwise requested. All domestic shipments will include a tracking number which will be provided to you along with notification through Etsy that your item has shipped.

Items shipped to all other countries will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class unless otherwise requested.

If another method of shipping is required, please contact me before purchasing the item so that I can give you a new shipping cost estimate.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase (for stocked items) and 1-2 business days after your approval of finished-item photographs (for custom dragons).
Refunds and Exchanges
Sales are final and items are non-refundable after they have been shipped. There is an exception for damaged items. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and ship the item back for replacement. Your return shipping cost will be refunded.

For custom dragons, all sales are final and items are not returnable after pictures of the completed dragon are approved of. Please raise any concerns or questions before approving the item.

If photos are not approved, I will revise or rebuild the dragon a second time. If this second dragon is not approved, I will offer a full refund and may request to put the rejected dragon(s) in my shop.
