Space Crew Launches Letterpress

Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Skylab Letterpress is a full-service print shop focused on the craft of letterpress printing in the modern landscape. Since 2006, we have been building relationships with our clients by offering Skylab as an incubator for their dreams, ideas, and printing needs. We have also developed close working relationships with a network of great digital and offset printing vendors in the Kansas City area that gives our clients an unbeatable range of printing solutions.

We love pushing the envelope of printed design possibilities. We are able to keep an antiquated printing process fresh by employing modern materials and digital solutions. Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately, no. Items available in our Etsy shop are pre-made items that are packed and ready to ship. (Certain items may be available in multiple designs variations. We will accommodate when possible. Please contact us directly.)

COVID-19

PICKUP: If you are a local Kansas City (MO & KS) resident and you are interested in picking up purchased goods, please contact us to schedule a time for pickup. (Don't forget to use code 1968PICKUP at check out!) We appreciate your support and we will make accommodations as necessary.

TOURS: The shop will be closed to the public until further notice. Any tours or meetings will be rescheduled to a future date. TBD

Shipping

Orders placed for USPS delivery will still be shipped out as soon as possible. Luckily, all items in our shop are ready to ship! We ask for your patience as it may take us a few more days than normal to get things in the mail (5-8 business days instead of our usual 1-3 business days) as well as the USPS may be slower than expected due to demand. If we have any issues with shipping your order, we will contact you directly. If you have any concerns regarding the shipping of your order, please feel free to contact us through etsy or directly at info@skylabletterpress.com.

International Taxes

Each country has their own VAT/Tax/Tariff. We are not responsible for the countries tax. We cannot accept returns if you choose not to pay this tax locally. Your local post office or government office will collect this tax.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Per Etsy's seller's protection policies, we are not responsible for packages once we hand them over to the USPS. We are not responsible for any issues if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected. Once the package has left our shop it is are literally out of our hands.

If tracking shows it was delivered yet you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to file a claim. If tracking shows that it is currently in transit or lost in transit, please contact your local Post Office for help. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over.
