About

Green design is making its mark in our industry and we are jumping on board to make sure it is not just a passing trend!

With our background in construction and education in design, we’ve seen how much construction hardwood and unwanted furniture is thrown away and labeled trash. We’ve seen piece after piece with the ‘made in china’ label on its underside. We thought it was time to bring it home, a place where we can come together and share what we love!

With a lot of imagination and a little sweat, we can give used or tossed out hardwoods a new life. We’ve scavenged and gathered local sources to create original artwork and accessories that we strive to be both beautiful and affordable. By redesigning, rethinking, and of course recycling, we reduce our impact on the planet for future generations.

We provide a range of services including custom artwork, with a focus on eco-friendly materials and finishes, like reclaimed barnwood, organic milk paint, and raw tung oil.
We also have a small beach shop on Anna Maria Island where we can share our artwork and our "...on the gulf" series of collaborations with local artisans, including jewelry, candles, and soaps.

So why the name Sky30?
Turning thirty- a huge milestone, transition, and shift in one’s life journey. Putting to use the tools I’ve learned, the courage I’ve earned, with a nod to the past.
Do I take the next chapter on foot, or take flight? Well……

“Excuse us while we kiss the sky.”

Or even better, come join us and get inspired.
