About

The Culmination of Art and Science

I've dabbled in many different forms of art, but glass is the "one that stuck." From the first time I sat at a torch I knew it would be a passion I would follow for many years to come.

I'm intrigued by the various changes (visible and invisible alike) glass undergoes as it is melted and cooled. The process of creating glass is just as much of an art form as the finished product. I enjoy the permanence of my creations, and the science and thought behind them.

I have whimsical tastes; I love "cute" as much as "beautiful", and I LOVE color. I enjoy explaining the "hows" and "whys", and most importantly, I have fun every time! Take home one of my pieces today and share in that fun!

Shop policies

Welcome to my shop! The work you see here is created via a process called flameworking or lampworking - essentially, glass that was heated and shaped on a torch. After each piece is created, it must be carefully annealed in a kiln, which holds the glass at a certain temperature, then cools it down slowly to relieve stress and achieve maximum strength and durability. Each piece is handmade using high quality clear and colored glass.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me- if you aren't happy with your purchase, i'll refund the full price minus shipping. Any unused item can be refunded or exchanged, but you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the package.

Borosilicate is a very strong and durable glass and should last an extremely long time with normal use and care. All glass is still susceptible to damage if dropped on a hard surface or scratched with abrasive materials.

All purchases are securely wrapped and packaged to prevent damage. If your piece is damaged upon arrival, please contact me ASAP! I will not replace/refund damaged items unless they arrived that way and you notify me promptly.
Payment
Paypal is preferred, see above for other options.

I expect payment for all purchases within 72 hours - the sooner you pay, the sooner I can ship your item!
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority mail for most items, which includes online tracking as well as insurance up to $50. If your total order is over $50, additional shipping cost includes added insurance. Pendants shipped First Class with tracking and insurance. Packages will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

If you would prefer an expedited form of shipping, delivery confirmation, or a carrier other than USPS, please contact me to discuss details.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have a question, don't hesitate to ask!

Custom pieces within reason will be considered - I can generally honor requests for different colors if you see a design that you like.

I will also consider international shipping, wholesale/retail, or expedited shipping on an individual case basis. Let's talk!
