Welcome to my little corner of etsy. I create plush toys and hand embroidered art for a living. My work is my passion, and I hope it shows! I believe toys can be for humans of all ages, not just for children. I strive to make cute things for everyone!
Returns and exchanges
CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS: Custom order purchases are final once they are made & received. However, if you are unhappy with the outcome of the custom order I can re-create another one for you if the circumstance calls for it. When buying a custom order you can request to see a finished photo before I ship, please contact me and I will do so before shipping. When you buy a custom order from me you are agreeing to my refund policies.
You may ask to cancel an order within 12 hours for a refund. After an order is shipped I cannot refund your money.

Payment
I accept paypal and credit cards through direct checkout. If you decide you want to cancel your order please do so within 12 hours.
Refunds are negotiable, however I cannot refund custom orders once they have been made and shipped. If you're unhappy with a custom piece contact me so we can fix it. I want my customers to be 100% happy. - See Return policy for more info.

Shipping
My turn around time fluctuates during the year. In the busy season it may take up to 8 weeks to create and ship an order if the demand is high. The current turn around time will always be posted in my shop announcement, I update it when needed.
If you need your order shipped within a specific time period convo me and I will make that happen for you.
