5 out of 5 starsThis print truly captures exactly how I felt 2 minutes before beginning my first solo performance as Sankta Lucia at 17. This print is me, being prepared in the vestibule of Gloria Deies Church in Philadelphia, by the ladies in charge, holding that tray, with all 7 live candles on my head already lit, in my last moment of preparing in the dark, tiny space, footsteps from where I knew I was about to go forth aline, singung “Sankta Lucia, ljusklara haegring…”, while walking up the aisle. Thank you so much for showing the world everything that was in my heart, mind, and soirit, on that fateful December 1994 night.
