Shelley worked with me to identify a special combination of woods that wasn't one of her standard configurations so that it would fit well into our bedroom design scheme. She was super-responsive in the design phase, and also made sure to accommodate the timing constraints on my order. The end result is lovely - can't wait for my wife to see it!
