Announcement   So you can feel comfortable purchasing from my shop, please check my feedback. I have been on Etsy for years and have a wonderful customer base that comes back time after time because I strive to have the fastest shipping, best return policies and the best and quickest customer service anywhere.

We are a working farm. I list things made on the farm from the fleece of our own animals when I have time to make them. Here you'll find a wide range of wool blends and hand painted/dyed rovings, batts and tops as well as one of a kind items handmade here on our farm. For other items made from our fleece (alpaca socks and insoles, gloves, mittens, hats, etc.. many made by my mill rather than by me) check out our farm store:

I have gained such an appreciation for the fleece of heritage breed sheep while felting and crafting. I am now buying and trading for a lot more wool from the heritage breeds. I am also dyeing a lot. I don't have white alpacas so didn't do much dyeing but am growing to love it and hope to continue to offer a great selection of kettle dyed and hand painted longwool for sale. I am also an Ashland Bay dealer and carry all of their merino and colonial wool. I have found theirs to be the very best quality available and they are my biggest seller.

I typically ship every day, Monday through Friday and most Saturdays. Our post office is only open a couple of hours on Saturday morning so what is purchased on Saturdays often goes out Monday morning. I try to keep the lowest possible shipping rates - no handling charge, materials charge or mandatory insurance. If you want insurance on your package let me know and we can work that out as well. It's not very expensive. Occassionally USPS damages or loses an item and without insurance they will not take responsibility.
