Again, you did a beautiful job!My husband commented on it so that says alot! The dragonfly blends in so I"m happy. However, if I make any future purchases from you do I get a credit for a cleaning women? lol You pack it so well that the peanuts were all over. Lol! Thank you again.

Creativity Provides Rest for the Soul

I started fusing glass about 7 years ago. I took one class and the rest was trial and error. I became so addicted and was making so many pieces, I had to start doing shows and consigning with galleries, or we were going to have to get a bigger house. I got incredible compliments at shows and the galleries sold my items quickly. My addiction only grew from there and I knew I had to find another outlet. I had never heard of Etsy until 2011 and decided I'd give it a go. Having my shop allows me to get more creative, post items, which helps me realize what people like and don't like. But, it seems there is something for everyone.

The process of creating an item ranges from simple to much more complicated, depending on what I'm making. I start with designing my item. I then choose the glass I will use, which comes in large sheets--all different colors, textures, types (such as art glass or dichroic glass). I may make something simple which requires simple cuts or make something more complicated, requiring much more hands-on time to create. Everything goes into the kiln at some point and is fired at various temperatures (depending on what's being made). Complete time in the kiln is a minimum of 12 hours. My one-of-a kind knobs I create are closer to 48 hours and often require 2-3 firings in my kiln.

I feel so blessed to have this wonderful outlet of creating a variety of functional, decorative items that seems to make so many people happy.

Payment
I accept payments through PayPal and Direct Checkout which manages your credit card payment. Payment is expected at the time you place the order.

For US delivery only: I also accept checks and money orders. I will ship your package once the check or money order has cleared. You still need to purchase through my Etsy shop and choose "other" for payment. If the check or money order is not received and cleared within 7 days from purchase I will relist it as unsold.
Shipping
OVERAGES: Any excess of $2.00 or more from your shipping charges, will be refunded to you in your payment account. To ensure your item gets to you unbroken, I ship all my items in a box, not an envelope. The cost of shipping includes delivery confirmation as well as a portion of the packaging. I will send you a tracking number as soon as it's shipped so you're able to follow the progress of your purchase. Your order will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.

International shipping: I ship via 1st class mail international USPS. Once the item leaves the post office I am not responsible for lack of delivery or breakage/damage due to tracking and delivery confirmation not being available. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY custom's fees that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days so we can discuss the problem and decide if you want a refund or exchange. You will then have 7 days to return the item, but it must be in the original condition and buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item has been received in original condition I will refund the purchase amount, less the original shipping fee. Custom orders or orders requiring specifics such as hardware choice will be charged a 'restocking' fee, as a portion of the item(s) materials, were specific to your request.

I also am willing to do consignment in your store/gallery, if you are interested. Just send me a convo, where you are located (so there's no conflict with my current galleries) and a copy of your contract. I will then respond ASAP.
