Thank you for visiting the slowCOLOR Shop. To learn more about us and our products, our Shop Profile has all kinds of embarrassing info about us that we like getting out of the way right up front. It also includes a lot of information about natural dyes and our products that we hope you find helpful. We welcome your questions or feedback about slowCOLOR, our products, or products you’d like to see. Please convo or email us at info [!at] slowcolor.com as we get lonely would love to hear from you.

Before submitting an order, please read the product description completely and convo us with any questions. Below are our shop policies. We care very much about customer satisfaction and while we will always strive to be organized, consistent, fair and dependable, if we end up needing a spanking, just let us know.

Returns and exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges if we receive your return within 30 days of the ship date and the returned items are in unused, resaleable condition. After we receive, inspect and approve the return, we will refund your Paypal account for the cost of the returned item(s) less a 7% restocking fee. If there is a problem with the return, we will contact you immediately. Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible to pay for return shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
Payment
PAYMENT METHODS We accept all major credit cards via Paypal and please note that you can use a credit card for Paypal without having a Paypal account. We will hold your order for payment for 2 business days. If this deadline passes with the order unpaid, the order is automatically cancelled and the item is relisted for sale. Cancelled orders are a hassle for Etsy sellers – please be considerate and make payments on time. If you want to cancel a paid order, we can do that only if the order has not shipped. If it has already been shipped, it will be handled as a refund.

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK We will report any buyer the 2nd time they cancel an order or do not make a timely payment.
Shipping
SHIPPING ADDRESS If your Etsy address differs from your Paypal address we’ll contact you for address clarification. If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days, then we’ll ship to the Etsy address. Buyers are responsible for making sure we are shipping to the correct address and will pay any additional charges incurred to resolve the error.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES Shipments within the US and to Canada are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail unless you request otherwise before your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES We ship outside the USA to most countries via any US Postal Service method you prefer. Please convo us before ordering and we will calculate your shipping total. Please note that there may also be extra fees added to your package when it reaches your country. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you as we have no control or responsibility over these fees.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND After your order is finalized and payment is received, it most likely will ship within one business day.

SHIPPING TO GIFT RECIPIENTS We are happy to ship to addresses other than yours. If the item is a gift, please let us know and we will pull the invoice and mail it separately to you.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS Once the package is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal service, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged packages, delivery delays or for any consequences to you caused by these circumstances. We will insure any package when requested, but you are responsible for following up with the USPS.

PETS If you have problems with minor outdoor allergens, dog or cat exposure, do not order from us. We have pets and live out in the country where pollen or other natural fluffies might end up in something. While we take every precaution to minimize dog or cat contact with product, once in a while those little devils might do something we don’t know about, but it’s very unlikely. It’s your call, and you are welcome to make a return per the policy above.

SMOKING No products are exposed to smoke at slowCOLOR, and we would never knowingly send you anything stinky.

MULTIPLES & DISCOUNTS We only list one of each item, but we usually have more. And, discounts may be available for purchases of more than 10 of the same item. Let us know you’re interested.

CUSTOM & ALCHEMY We will gladly consider any request for custom orders, just contact us. Custom or special orders are not refundable.
