Frequently asked questions
How long do these portraits take?
Digital portraits are ready within 5-14 business days after payment is received and photos are emailed to me.
Do you print and ship the illustrations?
No. These are digital portraits that are emailed to you as a high quality jpg and pdf files which you can print.
Do you except cancelations
I allow cancelations up to 3 hours after purchase. I put a lot of hard work into drawing your portraits. I do allow up to 3 revisions to the drawings and I'm ready to assist with any issue you may have with your order.
What is your drawing style?
I offer three styles:
1. Minimalistic portrait.
2. Detailed portrait including clothes patterns and optional background.
3. Detailed portrait with delicate facial features, eyebrows, line eyes and mouth.

Can you combine multiple photos?
I can combine multiple photos into one illustration. 4 characters and up will be at extra cost. Please contact me for details.
What photo should I choose?
Any photo you would like is ok and you can always send me a few options and I will be happy to help you choose. It is important that the photo will be good quality so I can capture all the details
Can I use the illustration for my business?
All illustrations are for personal use only. Contact me if you want it for business purposes.
