**PLEASE be aware of the processing time at checkout. I hand make almost all of my items after they are sold. When it says I have it in stock, it means I have the materials on hand to make your item.

Almost all rosaries are made after they are purchased. At checkout, please note the processing time needed to make your item before shipping. (not including weekends and holidays).

Once we take your package to the post-office most packages will require 3-5 business days for delivery, per the USPS.

Priority has a 2-3 business day transit time (please know that this is not guaranteed). The time I need to make your item(s) does not change. INTERNATIONAL packages have, on average, a delivery time of 5-15 business days once the packages are mailed. PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF SHIPPING AND ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SMALL THINGS GREAT LOVE LLC. Please ask if you have any questions or check with your local postal office regarding import duties/taxes/fees.

The USPS considers an international package lost after 45 days. However, due to the Covid19 virus they have also warned that packages may experience extra delays due to transportation issues around the world. Because of this international packages will be considered "lost" after 60 days.

I am sorry, but, due to shipping complications, I am am not able to offer shipping to every country. Please reach out if you would like to order and are experiencing problems. I will do my best to accommodate you. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Small Things Great Love LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the USPS.

A shipping fee will be charged to resend packages that had incorrect addresses. It is my policy that if I have to resend a product for whatever reason, most especially if it is lost in the mail, I require a customer signature upon receipt or the replacement item.
