Please remember 'All Sales Are Final' If...for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase ~ please feel free to 'convo' us within 48hrs of receiving your item(s)...so we could discuss why you may not be satisfied, and we can go from there to work together to resolve any poss. problems. Depending upon what the problem may be we will be happy @ our discretion to issue either a store credit and/or replacement of that item, if it is replaceable. Custom orders are not returnable under any circumstances. If you should need to cancel any Regular or Custom Order, I am willing to give you a store credit for the full amount paid. It would be good to use for one year of the time of your original purchase. If there is a problem with any regular or custom order, that item will either be re~made and/or a store credit issue, good for 1 yr. from time or orig. purchase.
Payment
If for some reason you may need a little more time to pay...Please contact us via a convo 'prior to purchase' and an agreed time frame set. All agreements to purchase must be fulfilled.
All purchases are a binding contract between the buyer and the seller here on ETSY. 'IF' you can only pay with a Money Order please 'convo' us to discuss the situation, prior to any purchase, so we can try to work it out. We are very easy to work with! :)
We will possibly 'do a 'short~term 'reserve' and/or Lay-a-Way Plan w/you...at our discretion of the item(s). Please 'convo' me first w/your request(s), and we will be happy to let you know the terms/policies of what that agreement would be. It can vary depending on the item(s).

Shipping
ALL ITEM(S) SHIPPED DO HAVE FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE ON THEM. IF YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN ITEM DAMAGED IN SHIPPING WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 OF DELIVERY. ALL BOX(ES) AND ALL PACKING MATERIALS USED TO WRAP ANY ITEM(S) MUST BE KEPT AND PUT BACK INTO THE ORIG. BOX IT WAS SHIPPED INTO. A CLAIM WILL BE FILED AND THE CARRIER USED, AND A PICK~UP WILL BE SCHEDULED. Once the determination from the carrier has been made you will be offered either a store credit and/or replacement of that item(s) only. ***PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR ERRORS IN SHIPPING, THAT WOULD NOT BE OUR FAULT*** We are more than happy (should that ever happen) to work out one of the two choices given to you.
