I have been looking to have some gauges ear jewelry made for years! She was able to completely make a custom pair of gold ear tunnels (4g) and serling silver plugs (2g). The work was absolutely beautiful. The seller even modified the gold pair after I received them and they were too short for my lobe width. She totally took care of it and now they are perfect. It's very clear to me that she has a passion for her art and a dedication to customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier. Literally one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer! Can I give 6 stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My favorite color is SPARKLE!

When I was a little girl, my mom used to tell me I should marry a man that owns a jewelry store, with a brother that owns a shoe store. I guess I have always loved things that glitter and shine.

I started metalsmithing in 2010 after I took my first jewelry sawing class. Using a jewelers saw is the perfect mix of relaxing repetitive movement, and being laser focused on where I want the saw blade to go with every stroke. It can be very hypnotic, and I call it my creative meditation. Since that first class, I have been hooked on metal.

All items shipped within Florida will be charged appropriate tax.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

I ship and insure all products via USPS First Class, Priority mail or Express mail service. If you need an item delivered by a guaranteed date, please let me know BEFORE you place your order. There may be an additional RUSH charge for this service.

USPS is not always on time, so please allow up to 30 days for delivery. I am not the post office. Once it has left my address, I have no control over the package. I cannot put in an insurance claim before 30 days.

If the package says delivered according to the tracking information, but the customer did not receive the package, it is up to the customer to contact USPS to put a trace on the package.

Replacements for damaged items will be mailed out AFTER the insurance claim has been paid. Items that are "delivered" according to the tracking information cannot be replaced for free. USPS does not pay an insurance claim for a lost package that has a tracking status of "delivered". Sorry, I can't just send out free merchandise.

If I feel a customer has reported a missing order, missing item, or damaged order fraudulently I reserve the right to refuse further business with this person.

Orders over $500 will be shipped requiring a signature.

I know it sounds silly but please double check the shipping address you submit. I do not retype them, only click and print. Do not forget apartment or suite numbers. I cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses due to customer error.

International shipping:
All international customers are required to pay their own duties and taxes on their orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your item. Some returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (See FAQ below.)

Rings, tunnels, plugs and any other jewelry that requires a size to be selected is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This means if you need to return it because it doesn't fit, or you don't like the way it looks, your refund will be 80% of what you paid for it.

Nose screws are not eligible for returns/refunds for obvious hygiene purposes. (at least I hope it's obvious)

Custom items are not eligible for return/refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
My package isn't here yet. What do I do?
- Have you checked the tracking info? Does it say in transit? Then it is still on it's way to you. You can always call your local post office and have them put a trace on the package.
- Does it say in transit but it's been more than 30 days since it has been shipped? I can put in an insurance claim for you, and ship your replacement once the claim has been paid. Or you can put the insurance claim in and have the post office refund you directly.
- Does it say delivered? Please check with everyone in your household to see if they have put it "somewhere safe" for you. You can also call your local post office to see if your delivery person remembers if they put the package somewhere other than your mailbox. I am not able to file an insurance claim for non-delivery for a package that says it has been delivered.

I received my package, but my jewelry doesn't fit.
- Did you select the wrong size? You can return it, but the item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This means your refund will be 80% of what you paid for it.
- Did you order one size but received something completely different? This hasn't happened yet. If it does, I will send out the correct size immediately with a return label in the packaging for you to send back the item that does not fit.
- Bangles are the only exception. I will resize it for you, and re-ship it at no cost if you send it back to me.

I received my package, but I've changed my mind/it's not what I was expecting.
- This is where that restocking fee comes in again. I am not Walmart. I am not QVC. I cannot accept returns willy-nilly. The money I make from each listing pays for my car payment, my phone bill, etc, and puts food on the table for myself and my child.
- Is it a custom piece? This isn't available for a refund. Maybe you can re-gift it? Sell it on Ebay? Take it to a pawn shop?
