This piece originally arrived with 3 of the glass panes fractured. I contacted Patti and she quickly offered to replace it and reimburse me for the return shipping. She was in contact with me through the whole process and allowed my input in the new creation. I'm sure this resulted in a deficit to her as far as moneymaking but she showed great integrity in "making it right" for the customer and has won my admiration. It's beautiful Patti and I will hang it in my teaching studio today. I will be watching your shop for more ingenious creations. Thank you so much.
