All orders will include North Carolina sales tax and KatieClaire only accepts PayPal. Your item will be completed and shipped as soon as the payment transaction is complete.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate KatieClaire for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase as well as their delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our gifts are custom made for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any monogrammed or personalized items. If you have questions regarding monogramming an item please contact us PRIOR to placing your order. Refunds will not be issued once orders have been placed.
Your order is customized upon request. Unfortunately, returns on custom made or personalized items cannot be accepted. If there is a spelling error or defective product, we are happy to promptly restore your order as originally specified, as we always strive for satisfaction with your KatieClaire purchase.
