Welcome to Every Wick Way!

I, Melanie, have been on Etsy as various incarnations of my childhood nickname, "Smellyann," for 12 years now, but now my daughters and I are partnering together to reinvent our shop. Every Wick Way is a premium, eco-conscious scented candle company dedicated to both providing our customers with deluxe, deliciously-scented candles of many shapes and sizes, but also with environmental conservation at top of mind at all times.

For instance, starting in 2019, all of our business cards and other business promo-related materials will be made from plantable paper, impregnated with bee-friendly wildflower seeds. One you capture our shop contact information in your phone or wherever, the cards will then be able to be planted! Also, we upcycle as much as we can, from reclaiming every single drop of unused wax to using thrifted glass vessels for our candle containers - and so much more.

Furthermore, 5% of our profits will be donated to The Wild Animal Sanctuary, which is a Colorado-based nonprofit which rescues and rehabilitates captive wild animals from horrific living conditions.

For our candles, we mostly use eco-friendly soy wax, but sometimes we dabble in 100% pure beeswax. We will never, ever use petroleum-made paraffin wax! Our candles are scented with only the best essential oils and/or fruit esters, and we never use artificial additives or dye our candles unless a customer requests a specific custom order.

At Every Wick Way, we try to eliminate the use of plastics in our production line from the very beginning to the very end, while remaining fully committed to improving our carbon footprint at every step of the way.
