I review return requests on ready-made items on a case by case basis. Please contact me right away.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they are always final sale.
If there is a specific problem with a product you receive, please contact me as soon as possible and we can work out an arrangement. I always take care to package my products carefully. I can not refund shipping costs.

Please note, if we work out an agreement for an exchange, that exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

At this time, I accept Paypal. Payment should be made within 2 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled.

I can accept payments by Visa or Mastercard VIA PAYPAL. You do not need a PayPal account.

1.) when making your purchase on Etsy, click the PayPal option during checkout.
2.) Once order is submitted, click the "Pay Now" button
3.) This takes you to a separate PayPal window On the left you will see in bold text "Don't have a PayPal Account?"
4.) Click this option, and you can pay with a credit card without having to sign up for PayPal.

Ready-made items will be shipped on the next shipment day after payment. If you are in a particular hurry, let me know, and I can try to fit in an extra trip to the post office.
For custom orders, please allow up to 14 days for making before shipment. Contact me if you are on a tighter schedule and we may be able to arrange for faster completion.

I ship via Canada Post. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, please read the following for a general idea of delivery times. Note, these are not guaranteed, but rather are the guidelines set by Canada Post. These are based on the shipping prices quoted in my shop.

Domestic shipping time [canada + us] is quoted to arrive in 4-12 business days.

International shipping time [everywhere outside north america] is expected to arrive in 1-4 weeks.

These rates DO NOT include tracking. Faster shipping and tracking are available. Please convo me for an updated quote if you would like either of these options.
If you have time to spare and would like to save on shipping, there is one less-expensive option [ground service]. Let me know if you are interested in that.

I cannot be held responsible for slower shipping times. It is simply out of my control!

Canada Post opens an inquiry on lost packages after 90 business days. I cannot be held responsible for a package that gets lost without the extra tracking option. If there is a delay with your package, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

All items in my shop are pre-made and ready-to-ship, unless otherwise noted.
I am happy to work with you to create custom items. Some of the fabrics you see in ready-made items may not be available for custom orders.

As I am a small operation, I purchase my fabric in small quantities.
Depending on fabric availability, I may not have access to all the styles and colours as seen in pre-made or sold items in my shop. I will happily work with you to choose fabrics that suit your style, and will do my best to source a fabric that you've seen. Just convo me for more info!

All of my products and materials are made and stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
