Via USPS with tracking: Every Tuesday. ( Only available for US orders)
Via Canada Post: 1-3 business days after cleared payment is received.

I'm in Canada. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Canada: 5-15 BUSINESS days or longer.

United States: 5-15 business days or longer.

Europe: 10-20 business days or longer.

Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 business days or longer.

Other international destinations: 2-12 weeks.

* Shipping via USPS: TRACKING INCLUDED. This shipping method only available for US orders. I ship the packages via USPS EVERY TUESDAY.

* Shipping via Canada Post: There's NO TRACKING NUMBER on standard shipping( Regular Mail). Only Tracked parcel, Expedited and Express shipping include tracking. Please select shipping method when you place the order.
Canada Post standard shipping does NOT provide for tracking or guaranteed delivery time. Please be patient when waiting for your packages to arrive. It will arrive. It simply will likely take much longer than you are used to.

♥♥ I do my best to ship your order fast, but please understand I HAVE NO CONTROL over the postal service and the customs process in your country nor control any unexpected delays due to weather, accidents, loss, misrouted, etc....
Please contact me if you have not received your order after 10 weeks since I ship it out to you. ♥♥
It is also helpful for the customer to check their mailbox, contact family members living at the same address, neighbors and landlords to ask if they may have accepted the package.

♥ INSURANCE ♥
1. Canada: Expedited / Express can be insured through Canada Post
2. United States: All USA packages can be insured through a 3rd party insurer with extra charge.
3. Other international destinations: Shipping insurance coverage to 55 destinations, but not everywhere. If you would like to know the details, please contact me.
4. Please NOTE: the insurance is only for lost package. NOT for on time delivery guarantee.
5. Please select insure your package when you check out.
6. We do NOT refund lost orders without insurance.

♥ SHIPPING ADDRESS ♥
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If it is incorrect and the package is not received, I am not responsible for the lost package or for any additional shipping charges to re-send it if the package is returned to me. The buyer may submit additional payment to re-ship the returned package.

♥ CUSTOMS / DUTY FEE ( including U.S. buyer) ♥
All items ship Internationally will go through Customs, and therefore will have a description and price declared on custom form.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges
♥♥ Returns and exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receiving items ♥♥
We will not address any issues brought to us after this timeframe.

♥ ORDER WITH REGULAR ITEMS ( NON - Personalized, non hand stamped) ♥
Refunds will incur a 10% handing fee and some restocking fee of product purchase price.

♥CUSTOM ORDERS♥:
1. If your item is custom made and created to your specifications, refunds will incur a 30% return fee of product purchase price. Thus, customer will receive a refund for returned items of 70% of original purchase price (not including shipping fee).
Exchanges will incur a 15% stamping fee of original product purchase price plus any price difference for new item desired (if different from original product purchased).

2. Please buy ONE item first, if you are not sure you will be satisfied before order multiple (4+ items) for bridal's party or bridesmaid's gift as refunds or exchanges will incur a 30% return fee of product purchase price.

3. Please note that all hand stamped - letters are individually stamped by hand and not a machine which means that they may not be perfectly aligned or centered. Not every stamp will be perfectly aligned and often the impression will make a mark on the back of an item. This is completely normal and is not a defect in the final product.

♥ I will refund or exchange once returned items are received in original condition. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE )

♥ Customers are responsible for the RETURN SHIPPING COST.
Customers are responsible for customs/duty fees which is charged by Canada customs for return items.

♥ Items CAN NOT BE RETURN if ♥
** They are earrings for sanitary purposes.
** Not in the same condition as it was shipped.
** Items that have been worn or damaged.

♥ If your package is returned to me "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) I cannot be held responsible for re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item.

♥ Note that we are not responsible for the items that have been, in our opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse. Please handle handmade jewelry with love and care!

I carefully package your jewelry in a floss bag or paper bag, on a jewelry business card. I then place this safely inside a kraft bubble envelope. If you order more than one piece of jewelry, I will pack them together in one bag. If you would like each item come individually bag, please send me a convo.
If you need to add a gift box with gift card, please check the description of listing or contact me.

♥ REPAIRS
If you have a broken piece that is in need of repair that was purchased from my shop please contact me. I can repair it for a fee which will include the cost of return shipping. Message me and I will be happy to give you a quote.

♥ Please let me know if you have any concerns before you leave feedback so I can get chance to fix the problem. I will do my best to make sure you are pleased shopping with me.

♥ Our jewelry is not recommended for children under the age of 12.

Transit Time

➤All orders ship via Canada Post.
➤Standard shipping DO NOT include tracking. If you would need a tracking number, or speedy delivery, please upgrade shipping to Expedited or Express.
➤ PLEASE NOTE: Transit times could be longer if your parcel is held for inspection by your country's customs office or delayed/misrouted by the local postal service. Once an order is shipped via Canada Post, the eventual arrival date is beyond our control. Thanks very much for your understanding.
