Wedding Florals are a custom product and made to order. If an item is received physically damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and arrangements will be made once proof of damage is submitted (photos of damaged items and box will be required along with a completed insurance form). Due to cost and labor involved with Wedding Florals, they are non refundable. If an item is received damaged, it will be replaced once insurance claim has been approved and if flowers are still available for the season. Toss Bouquets are not guaranteed and will not be refunded. Wedding Florals may not be returned after your wedding date. As Is and Sample Items will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: You will be notified when your flowers are shipped. Please make sure that someone is available to accept delivery and are not returned back to the post office. If the flowers are damaged due to sitting at the post office there will be no refunds or exchanges!

Item will be shipped upon receipt of payment and per the timeframes in the listing unless the convo/custom order notates a different timeframe. Orders require payment in full at time of purchase unless otherwise arranged per our convos. Duty Tax and Fees on International Orders will be paid by purchaser. I accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

Items ship USPS priority or express insured mail unless otherwise noted in listing. Shipping price listed is for the Continental USA and countries indicated. Items are shipped to address on invoice. If you need it sent to an alternate address, please advise in "note to seller". International orders will only be shipped to address on PayPal/Direct Pay. Items returned undeliverable or sent to wrong address WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Once your package is shipped, it is out of my hands. If it is delivered per the tracking info and you did not receive your package, you will need to contact the post office for any issues or claims. PLEASE NOTE: You will be notified when your flowers are shipped. Please make sure that someone is available to accept delivery and are not returned back to the post office. If the flowers are damaged due to sitting at the post office there will be no refunds or exchanges! When shipping to multiple addresses, please purchase individually as combined shipping discounts are only if items are going to the same address. USPS International shipping times do not include time to clear customs.
Bouquets and wedding party flowers are boxed in heavy duty single or double walled boxes that are 200 lb or 275 lb test with heavy duty tape and packing materials to prevent damage. They are also insured which is why the cost is higher on these products. I try my best to make sure your flowers arrive safely. Also Note: I live on top of a mountain and we do experience extreme weather conditions which can delay shipping during the winter months. I apologize in advance if this is an inconvenience.

Floral arrangements and bouquets are intended for indoor use only. Shedding is also natural in some dried/preserved flowers. Wedding florals, arrangements, wreaths and swags should be kept out of direct sunlight and humidity. Photo colors vary from monitor to monitor. Please refer to the color descriptions indicated in the listing. Flower colors also vary, so please take note that the flowers in photo are a representation and the flowers you receive may differ slightly in color. Since the flowers I use are real, substitutions may be made if a crop is bad or flowers are not avallable due to season. Sola flowers are made from balsa and tapioca wood. Sola flowers may have wood grains in petals which is a natural in this product.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR FLOWERS, REMOVE FROM BOX AND PACKING MATERIAL AND KEEP IN A DRY LOCATION AND OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT. FLOWERS AND FOLIAGE ARE MADE WITH REAL FLOWERS. DO NOT LEAVE IN BOX AND PACKING MATERIAL - THIS WILL FLATTEN AND DAMAGE FLOWERS. STANDING YOUR BOUQUETS IN A MASON JAR WILL KEEP THEM NICE AND FLUFFED UNTIL READY TO USE. DO NOT PUT YOUR FLOWERS IN WATER OR SPRAY WATER ON THEM!

ABOUT PRESERVED BOTANICALS
Preserved flowers are real flowers that have been harvested and put through a process in which most of the moisture in the plant is removed and replaced with glycerin. Glycerin is natural, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. It leaves the flowers supple and natural looking and prevents further drying. In some cases natural dyes have been used to enhance the colors or copy current color trends.
Other botanicals such as grasses, sticks, grains, vines and pods have been naturally dried. Some of these products are also dyed to mimic nature.
In contrast to traditional manufactured artificial flowers, preserved flowers give a fresh, natural and more organic look that will last for years and remain environmentally friendly.
