Returns and exchanges
Whilst I tend to post things with in a day of you order, delays may occur while the item is in transit or customs. Please allow up to 25 working days for your item as until this point I am unable to make a claim with Royal Mail.

For reasons of hygiene I can not accept returns on earrings.

If for some reason your item has been damaged in transit please let me know with a photograph of the damage so that I can sort the matter out.
Immediate payment via Paypal is appreciated.

Please make sure you pay within 3 days of placing your order. I will attempt to contact you at the end of the 3 day period. If I have not heard back within a week, maybe you went on holidays, I will cancel the order and inform you of the cancellation.
I will ship items as soon as payment has cleared.

Do make sure that your Etsy shipping address and PayPal address are the same as otherwise I will email you to confirm which address I am to ship to.

Items shipped to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.

Items shipped to non-UK addresses will be sent via AirMail, or via AirSure for items over $100 in value.

If you want your items sent via a trackable service please select other as the payment type and I will send you an updated invoice.

Tracking is not available on items being sent First Class or AirMail.

Items sent to addresses outside the UK can take somewhere between 1 and 4 weeks to arrive.

Please be advised that you may incur delays/charges from customs which are outside my control.
If your item still has not arrived after 25 working days please do let me know and I will start chasing things up with Royal Mail.
