I try to keep most of the items in my shop READY TO SHIP, and I get these items in the mail within 1-3 business days, sometimes same-day. Packages ship via USPS. MADE TO ORDER items each have their own processing times listed.

I package my toys with care, re-using boxes for planet-friendly shipping. These boxes are wrapped in brown paper, and are pretty darn cute when they arrive on your doorstep :) Underneath the brown paper, you may find a re-used, clean and well-kept granola bars or crackers box. We encourage you to recycle the packaging materials and continue the eco-friendly process. If you would specifically like a brand new box, please convo us, because we can do that too.

All of our items are handmade, so each item is in a sense, "one of a kind". This is the wonderful thing about handmade products. Please allow for slight differences between the item pictured and the one you recieve (i.e. wood grain may flow in a different direction, woodburned detail may vary slightly as it is drawn by hand, etc.) I assure you, the quality of my product is unchanging and always held to the highest standard. Take pride in your one-of-a-kind purchase!

Supervise your child at play. In the event a toy should break, discontinue use immediately. Broken wooden toys are safe for compost, or can be glued with wood glue and used for display only, on a high shelf in a child's room. If you feel your toy broke in a manner that questions the toy's original soundness, please contact me to resolve the matter. Your satisfaction is key, and I am here to make you happy!
