Vintage patterns aren't always the best fitting patterns, so I modify them, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot, to make them better fitting, more comfortable, and modern, but still with period details and vintage style. I can make anything in this shop in any size, xs petite to 3X. I'm very good at sizing patterns and love my tape measure. One of my favorite design inventions from the past year is A Quilt of Words. You write the words, I make them into a silk and cotton quilt.

My Quilt of Words is a wonderful gift! It would make a great keepsake for a Bride and Groom, a Couple celebrating an anniversary, or a memento of a special occasion, like a
retirement. These quilts take time to craft but are worth it in the finished product. They are beautiful and made of silk, cotton and linen! With custom words of your own choosing!

Please allow 1 -3 weeks for manufacture and delivery on custom dress and clothing orders, 1 to 3 months for custom quilts.

I'm working on a cookbook of easy and healthy everyday dishes. I love food and I love photography.

When I want to relax after work, I like to sit on the back porch and drink a frosty cold beverage, work in the garden, or ride my bike.
Fabric shopping is one of my favorite activities. I get inspired looking at textiles and prints. I especially love reproduction cottons that look like old feed and flour sacks. I love vintage patterns too and am building up quite an awesome collection.

I sew a lot and try to make something new just about every day.
I really like designing funny, vintage inspired apron pockets based on anthropomorphic characters from days gone by. I like to create something that'll make me laugh.
