Thank you so much for shopping with The Snarled Skein! All items are handmade by me, unless listed as "Vintage". "Vintage" items were hand-me-downs handmade by my grandmothers & aunts.

While items listed are ready to ship, should you see something you'd like custom-made (change in colors, etc), please contact me!

Accepted payment methods

Paypal
Returns and exchanges
There are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges on Custom or Sale items.

All other items, please contact me within 3 business days after receiving your item.
Payment
Items will not be shipped until payment has been received through Paypal. If you would like to purchase by credit card and do not have a Paypal account - never fear! You can still use the Paypal site to submit payment without setting up an account.
Shipping
Shipping charges are *estimates*. If your items cost less to ship than has been indicated, the difference will be refunded to you.

Items will be shipped to your Paypal address, unless an alternate address has been provided.

All items shipped by USPS. Items which are small enough will be shipped 1st Class. Larger items will be shipped Parcel Post. Items over $50.00 will include insurance.
