Can i return or exchange bar soaps?

I do not accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your order please contact me. I will gladly exchange if you are not happy with a scent. I am not responsible for any shipping charges on a exchange. Order must be in original label and packaging and not used or damaged in any way.

Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders! Are you looking for wedding or party favors in a specific size ans scent? I will be glad to custom make them for you. Keep in mind all custom orders must be ordered 6 weeks ahead of date needed.

What are my products scented with?

I love essential oils and the majority of my products are scented with them. However I do offer a few fragrance and essential oil blends. You will find that information listed in the ingredients section of each listing.

Allergies or questions about ingredients?

Please message me! I will be glad to answer any questions.

What are my shop hours?

I try to answer any questions promptly. I am in the shop 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and am in the Eastern time zone.

Do I ship to Canada?

Yes! Shipping is quite high into Canada from the US unfortunately. However I ship there frequently and do my best to get the best rate possible. Etsy does a approximate shipping charge and occasionally overcharges. I refund anything over a $1 overcharge.

Care instructions

To get the most use out of a bar of soap, we recommend using a soap dish! It helps your soap dry out between uses and nor dissolve. Also make sure your soap is kept away from where the water can hit it when not using your soap bar.

What if I have a allergic reaction to the product I purchase?

Sneedsboro Soap is not responsible for any allergic or reactions of any kind from our products. However if you do have a reaction please reach out to me so I can help you figure out what may have caused it and what you can avoid in the future. All our products are made with natural, high quality ingredients and it is extremely rare for a customer to have a bad reaction.

How to report any issues about a order you have received:

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Although I do not accept returns due to the nature of the items I sell (bath and body), I will gladly work with you to resolve any problems. Please contact me within 7 days and respond in a timely manner to further questions I have. (Requesting a photo, product being shipped back, questions about which item you purchased etc). We are not able to refund any order after 30 days of purchase.
