Welcome to SNKADX! We are Chicago based brand specializing in custom made clothing items that are designed to pair and match with your sneakers. A brand for sneakerheads everywhere! Please note our current processing time for all orders is 3-7 business days (M-F). Customer service is our top priority. The colors of the graphics made on our products are designed as close as possible to the actual sneakers colors in production. All products are printed on demand by our production partner and quality is very important to us.

Shipping Address Policy
SNKADX is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to SNKADX due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Stolen/Missing Package Policy
SNKADX process is to ship your order and provide tracking details in a timely manner. However, SNKADX will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with with the relevant mailing carrier and file a police report if necessary. SNKADX will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
SNKADX products are made to order meaning when orders are paid the production begins on that item. Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for defective products. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyers remorse. Please contact us directly if any issues with your order.
