Sparkle found in nature is an inspiration.
To me, working with the beauty of glass is magical. I'm fascinated to see how light and surrounding color brings glass to life. For the last 20 years, I have been enjoying working with multifaceted glass to create sculptural pieces. These are designed to hang freely in space, thus providing ease of movement. Through the process of reflection and refraction, the interplay of light (especially from the sun), surrounding colors and movement of glass provides a show that's both joyful and mesmerizing to watch. :)
It's been my observation and my own experience, that a sudden light will grab one's attention and create a pause in one's thoughts. With this in mind, it is a hope that my work helps to create a positive and joyful influence on all those who experience it.
My name is Susan Napper-LeDuc and I have been a full time stained glass artisan for the past 20 years. Being self taught, my abilities in this craft have evolved over 35 years of practice.
I use Tiffany's method for doing stained glass to create the work seen at SNL Creations. This method involves wrapping copper foil around the edges of individual glass pieces which enables each piece of glass to be soldered to one another. My work has been juried by the NB Craft Council and has been included as part of their fine craft exhibitions.
SNL Creations is the result of an idea and dreams .... and much effort too. For the most part, it is a one woman show. While it's always fun to dream, the majority of my time is spent as a maker.
It is most awesome that you can find me here on Etsy. I also love meeting people at market and at shows too.
There's one more thing I'd like to add... a quick note about the clover items in my shop. My dog and I find four leaf clovers. 🙂. I can't resist picking them and I believe that I'm meant to do something good with them. I mount them between clear beveled glass to hang as sun catchers or to use as paperweights. Others, I frame in barn board which can be hung on a wall. Others I make into bookmarks. Part of the proceeds from the sale of these items are donated to our local humane society. The SPCA is where all of our pets have come from. 🐾🐾❤️

CANADA – Items are shipped Expedited Parcel. Expected delivery is 3-7 business days.
UNITED STATES – Items are shipped Tracked Packet. Expected delivery is 7-12 business days unless unexpected delays have occurred at customs. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty fees or taxes placed on items by your government.
INTERNATIONAL – Items are shipped Small Packet International Air. Expected delivery is 9-15 business days unless unexpected delays have occurred at customs. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty fees or taxes placed on items by your government.

- PLANT HOLDERS are not for food items and are not intended to hold edible plant

We only use customer information to fulfill orders. We do not store or use customer information for any other purpose.
