SnooliBaby is luxury gear for babies and kids (and moms too)! I love making toys, blankets, and everything baby! Take a look at what I've got and and if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask! I can probably make it for you! (Don't forget to look at what I've already sold...chances are I can make you another one!)

RETURNS:
If you should need to return an item, please contact me so I can try to resolve the issue prior to you returning it. Otherwise- Custom orders cannot be returned. All other non-sale items can be returned within 5 business days of your receipt of the item/s with a full refund, less my shipping costs. Sale items are non-refundable.
Payment
The only Payment method currently accepted is PayPal. (Thank you!) Please make your prompt payment within 1-3 business days!


Cancellation Policy:
Orders will be cancelled if payment is not recieved by the end of the third business day. (If you need more time, be sure to contact me and we'll work something out, otherwise, I'll have to cancel the order)
Custom orders cancelled by the buyer will forfeit the 50% deposit as it is non-refundable. (So please don't cancel a custom order!) Should I, the seller, need to cancel a custom order, I will certainly give you a full refund!
Shipping
All Items will be shipped as soon as I can make it to the post office...most of the time, the next day - but sometimes life happens, in which case I'll get there as soon as I possibly can! But don't worry, I'll keep you posted! (Custom orders may take longer depending on how long it takes to create them.)

All pieces will be shipped via USPS unless other means are specifically requested. In most instances I will use Priority Mail so that you recieve your purchase in a timely fashion. If the item is valued over $50 I will include shipping insurance. If the item is valued under $50 I will not include shipping insurance unless you specifically request it prior to your purchase so I can add the charge into the shipping charge.
