Welcome to snugglepotant's 'seeking loving new homes' shop! I am trying to find loving new homes for vintage items that are not receiving the love that they deserve from me. These fantastic finds came from both Australia and the US and are often one-of-a-kind. I have a penchant for metallics, rainbows, polka dots, stripes, 80s, and kitsch.

Payment
I currently accept only Paypal for payment.
Shipping
I ship all items within 1-2 business days.

Please contact me ASAP for any special shipping requests such as insurance, address changes, expedited shipping or international mail with tracking.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this has happened to you before then I suggest that you get tracking (if internationally) or insurance at an added cost.

DOMESTIC BUYERS
I use USPS First Class Mail or Standard Post, both with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I use USPS First Class International Package Service. It generally takes 7-14 days dependent on country).

You are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties. Your package cannot be tracked if it is sent via USPS First Class International Package Service. If you want a tracking option, it is an additional $20 to upgrade to Express, which gives you a tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have a no return / no refund policy. I describe my items as accurately as possible and unless the item is grossly misrepresented, I am unable to accept a return or give a refund.

Please don't hesitate to ask as many questions as you would like so you can buy the item confidently!

NO RETURNS / REFUNDS
-for items that do not fit. I carefully measure each item and list the measurements in the description. Please know your measurements and compare it to the measurements provided to ensure proper fit. I take measurements laying flat so you need to double them where necessary (e.g., bust). Don't forget to give some leeway for fit if the material has no stretch!

-for color disparities. Please understand that the color display on each computer varies. I use natural lighting to try and capture the item's true colour. if you are unsure of a certain colour shade/hue, please contact me to discuss it further.

-for items with minor wear and specifically noted flaws. All of my items are vintage and therefore in used condition so may show signs of age. I note wear and all minor and major flaws in the description so you can make a fully informed decision.

-for a misrepresented era. Sometimes it is difficult to research the actual era of an item. if I am not 100% sure of the era, then I say "likely".
