Unless otherwise stated, each order is custom made with your fabric selections and specifications. Every item is handmade with careful attention to detail. I work on each order individually to ensure it is a perfect as possible, and I appreciate your understanding that handmade items typically cannot be turned out overnight.
Estimated delivery dates can now be found on the bottom of each product page. Please review carefully when ordering, as some products have longer production times than others. If you have any questions on production times or delivery estimates please contact me before purchasing.
♥♥If you need items quicker please contact me BEFORE ordering, as I can accept a limited number of rush orders depending on my current schedule (rush fees apply for rushed orders). Unless arrangements are made prior to ordering, your order will be shipped according to the estimated delivery listed on your product page and order receipt. Thank you so much for your understanding!
★★RUSH ORDERS: I am able to accept a limited number of rush orders depending on my current workload. During holidays and busy periods I may not be able to accommodate any rush orders. My rush order fee is usually between $8-$40 depending on the item(s) ordered. The rush fee does not include expedited shipping charges.

♥♥SHOP HOURS: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday from 9am-1pm Pacific Time. Of course the Internet and Etsy are open 24/7, but I reserve my evenings and weekends for my family :) You're welcome to order and contact me anytime, but if it's during a time when my workshop is closed you probably won't hear back until the next business day. On the same note, I try my best to respond to all messages as quickly as possible, usually within 24 business hours, however please allow up to 3 business days for me to respond.

★★CANCELING ORDERS - If you change your mind about your purchase within 24 hours of ordering just let me know and I will be happy to void the sale & issue a full refund. If more than 24 hours have passed since ordering a $5 processing fee will be charged to cancel orders. ★★PLEASE NOTE★★ If work has already begun on your order I am NOT able to cancel and refund any portion of the purchase under any circumstances.
You can now find the estimated ship date for your order listed on your Etsy order receipt. Once your order ships please allow 2-3 additional business days for shipping/transit time in the US and 2-3 additional weeks for shipping/transit time internationally. **Please be aware that bad weather may cause delays during transit, if you have bad weather in your area please allow extra time for delivery.**
**PLEASE NOTE** All shipping dates are ESTIMATES. I do my very best to ship packages within shipping estimates, and even ahead of schedule whenever possible. Please keep in mind that I am just *one* person and I am human with a young family. For this reason I don't *guarantee* exact shipping dates unless we've made arrangements prior to ordering, or the order is a rush order. I've been selling on Etsy for 7 years now and have prided myself on maintaining a great track record of excellent customer experience (please view my feedback). It is extremely important to me that you are happy with your order - if you need an item for a specific date/deadline please contact me before ordering so that I can ensure your order reaches you in time.
I take care to make sure packages are labeled correctly, but cannot be responsible for packages lost, damaged or delayed during transit. In the event that a parcel is lost, damaged or delayed during transit I will do everything I can to assist you, including filing any necessary claims. If a refund is issued by the shipping company I will gladly pass this along to you, however if a refund is not issued I unfortunately am not able to reimburse, refund, or remake your order at my cost.
The Post Office quotes a 2-4 business days for shipping (within the US). Once packages leave my studio they are beyond my control and I cannot be responsible for exact delivery dates or delays. If you're running on a tight time line please inquire about rush delivery options through Fed-Ex (either 2-day or overnight), as this shipper has proved to be very reliable at delivering promptly as quoted. Most customers on a tight time line prefer to upgrade to rush shipping and have the peace of mind knowing exactly when their package will arrive, and not running the risk of the postal service not delivering before their event.
*Insurance IS NOT included on any package unless requested. If you'd like to add insurance, signature confirmation or any additional services please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional cost.
Orders will be shipped to the address noted on your Etsy receipt, please make sure this address is correct when ordering. If ordering as a gift, the recipient's address should go in this box. I am not responsible for any shipping delays or issues due to an incorrect address or customer error.
Snuggles of Love is not responsible for any packages 'returned to sender' or deemed undeliverable by the post office. If the address you provide on your order is incorrect and your package is returned to us you will be responsible for return shipping. I DO NOT offer any refunds for returned packages under any circumstances, nor do I offer refunds for packages where delivery is refused or if the customer fails to pick up their package from the post office and it is returned.
♥♥♥All custom forms are filled out as required by law♥♥♥♥ Your package may be subject to custom duties and/or taxes depending on your country.
SHIPPING GIFTS - I am happy to ship items directly to gift recipient. Just let me know the shipping address and the text if you would like a small gift card included.
Please read this section when placing or inquiring about a rush order. Rush order fees are additional fees charged to move an order(s) ahead in my schedule, they DO NOT cover any expedited shipping costs. If expedited shipping is desired please let me know and I will price out the cost differences.
So why charge for rush orders if they don't include expedited shipping?? At any given time my schedule is usually booked solid anywhere from 2-4+ weeks out. This means that I already have a full schedule of working 8-10 hour days to keep current orders on schedule. So, when I take on a rush order it means that I will be working additional hours in the evenings or on weekends to accommodate the order and to not delay any of my regular orders.
Again, rush orders do not include expedited shipping. And as such, I cannot 100% guarantee exact delivery dates. I can only guarantee the date that the package will ship from my studio. If you would like to add expedited shipping in addition to the rush order fee please let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read item descriptions thoroughly before placing an order. If you have any questions please contact me before ordering, I'm more than happy to answer any questions and help you find or design the item you're looking for. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me.
★★If you feel there is an error or mistake with your order I must be notified within 48 hours of package receipt.
Occasionally, though quite rare, manufacturer defects occur in fabrics. I do my best to carefully inspect all fabrics and materials used, to ensure everything is perfect. If by chance you find a problem please notify me so I can rectify the issue.
Additional policies and FAQs
♥♥I receive A LOT of requests for donations, participation in blog giveaways, free products to test & review, etc. I would LOVE to be able to contribute to all of the requests I receive, however at this time I am not able to do so. 10% of proceeds from all sales are donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, this charity is very close to my heart. At this time Snuggles of Love is not participating in any other giveaways or promotions. Thank you for your understanding!
